Terms & Conditions

This is a subscription-based program with automatic monthly renewals.
You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account.
Subscription billing occurs on the 12th day of each month. Cancellations must be received before the 12th day of the month to opt out of receiving that month’s share. Cancellations received after the 12th day of the month will apply to the next month’s share.
Billing and Payment:
You will be automatically billed to the card on file for your account on the 12th of each month for that month’s CSA share.
Delinquent payments may result in suspension of your subscription.

Pick-up for your CSA share will be on the third weekend of each month, as designated in your reminder email.
You are responsible for managing your subscription and picking up your share on the designated date and time. If you are not able to pick up your share, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate but we cannot guarantee pickup availability outside of your designated pickup window. Items reserved as part of your missed share will be released back into inventory and will not be held for more than one (1) week unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.

Refunds will only be issued under special circumstances at the discretion of Harlem Valley Homestead
Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the pick-up date.
Cancellations due to dissatisfaction with the product are not eligible for refunds.

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party.
We may terminate your subscription due to non-payment.
You may terminate your subscription at any time by providing written notice to Farm@harlemvalleyhomestead.com.
