Join Sarah Lucas for a walk around the farm to learn about wild edible plants, mushrooms, and the ecological systems that support them. Â Sarah will show us how to find, identify, and responsibly harvest wild edibles. Please come prepared for the elements and wear close-toed shoes.
Instructor: Grounded in a philosophy of environmental and agricultural ethics, Sarah Lucas is a farmer at HVH, educator and trained forager.Â
