About the event
Join Sarah Lucas for a walk around the farm to learn about wild edible plants, mushrooms, and the ecological systems that support them. Sarah will show us how to find, identify, and responsibly harvest wild edibles. Please come prepared for the elements and wear close-toed shoes.
Instructor: Grounded in a philosophy of environmental and agricultural ethics, Sarah Lucas is a farmer at HVH, educator and trained forager.
