Potluck & Workshop: Drum Circle

Share food with friends and neighbors and learn about the land. On the first Friday of the month, we host a community potluck open to all, on the back lawn of our farmhouse. We ask that you try to bring a dish to share, but most importantly bring yourself!

Come early (or stay late) for our potluck workshop series and connect firsthand to the seasons of our working farm. You can attend just one, or both of these programs.

• 6 PM - 8:00 PM : First Friday Community Potluck
• 8:00 PM - 9:30 PM : Drum Circle

At this month’s workshop, we’ll gather for a drum circle hosted by Lynn Martin. Did you know drumming lowers your blood pressure and reduces tension, anxiety and stress? Come find out how! Everyone is welcome and you do not need to own a drum or be an experienced drummer to attend. We will provide extra drums and various percussion instruments. This will be a high energy kind of night, and will be held around the fire, following the potluck. Drum with the group or simply come to dance. All levels, all ages, all welcome.
