Harlem Valley Homestead, 147 Old Forge Rd, Wingdale, NY 12594, USA

We're celebrating our first honey harvest of the season with a shared dinner on the farm. We'll feature honey from our farm and other neighboring farms, in savory and sweet dishes cooked over an open fire by our resident chef. We will welcome you  with drinks and appetizers, then gather at community tables on the farmhouse lawn for dinner. Between dinner and dessert, we’ll go on a farm tour to walk the land that supports our wild and cultivated ingredients.

Our menus follow the seasons of our farm, and like the weather, they can be unpredictable!  We’ll share our best guesses two weeks before the event, and probably surprise you with something special that surprised us.  We have excellent vegetarian and vegan options for those that don’t eat meat.  Please just let us know in advance.

Interested in learning more about honeybees and native pollinators? Come early for a walking tour of our hives, and pollinator habitat. Find out more here: http://bit.ly/PollinatorHoneyBeeWalk
